It's a mindset sweetie. I was also nervous the first time I started doing this back in 2002. Over time I have learned to let the thoughts of how "wrong" it is go and then the arousal from the act started happening on it's own. I was 100% VANILLA back then so if I could overcome it anyone can ;-)
