Hi, First go to "My photos" then add an "album" follow prompts, when you have album created add a file to that album. The file is picture you want to "upload". Have exact location of file/picture you want, as you will get a "browse" prompt and you will need to know exactly what folder and name you have on file. Hope that helps. Good luck. Lynn
